Our Warranty Policy

Our policy is to treat our customers in the way we would like to be treated. Our customer service feedback reflects that we live up to this aspiration.

12 month warranty on ALL goods (from the original date of purchase).

Simply tell us what the problem is, quoting your original invoice number (all goods to be returned must have been purchased from www.magicshineuk.co.uk). If you are unable to find the invoice number, don't panic, just give Bonita a call on 01604 452423. We will then send out a replacement item.

All we ask is for you to return the faulty item to us.

NB If you tamper with, modify or disassemble the product for any reason your warranty will become VOID.

7 day exchange if you change your mind.

CHRISTMAS 2014 - Please note, items purchased after 11th November 2014 will be elligable for Christmas returns until 31st January 2015, as long as the item has not been used or abused in the mean time.   Peace of mind for all Christmas Elves, just in case they've purchased the wrong product, however anything from Magicshine Uk will go down a storm or your money back - I promise. xxx 

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange an item, so below are our instructions how to do this.

All we ask is that the item purchased from www.magicshineuk.co.uk is returned in 'as new' condition with all accessories and the original box. Please confirm via e-mail or telephone beforehand for confirmation.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the goods you ordered. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods, in accordance with our refunds policy.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing and return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own cost and risk. Full details of how to exercise your rights under the Regulations are set out in the despatch notification email.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
