Today must be the day for feedback.  We've always prided ourselves on our customer service and often get emails from satisfied customers - but today has seen an influx of happy people spreading their good wishes in our direction. Here are just a couple of the emails received today! 


I purchased a light through a third party web site which subsequently failed. This proved to be a nightmare to try and deal with, however, after contacting yourselves the situation was resolved very quickly. I just wanted to send a quick email to thank you so much for your assistance, the speed in which you rectified the problem which is backed up by the quality of your product. I wanted to say that I promote your product to all my friends and urge them to contact yourselves as the service I have received is second to none.
